Two days before the first elections for a Mayor for the new West of England Combined Authority (WECA), covering Bristol, S.Gloucestershire and Bath and N.E.Somerset, the guest speaker at the Olveston Parish Assembly will be Amanda Deeks, Chief Executive of South Gloucestershire Council.  She will explain more about the new authority.

Besides that, the Parish Council will be reviewing the past year and looking forward to the coming one and it will also be launching its new Biodiversity Project.

If you live in Olveston, Old Down, Tockington, Lower Hazel, Awkley or Ingst, come along to your Parish's Annual Assembly.  You'll be very welcome.
